Arka Academy of Management Studies is one of the best Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PM&IR) institutions in kendrapada . PM&IR is one of the oldest specialized teaching programs in management worldwide. This course focuses on equipping students with knowledge and skills required for effective Personnel Management. It also enable student to learn industrial relations & policies. Further this course comprises of various areas of Human Resource Management, Human Resource Information Systems, Performance Management, Performance Appraisal, Human Resource Training and Development, Labour Laws, Industrial Policies, Industrial Ethics Industrial Management, HR Communication, Industrial Liasioning, Communication and Economics. The curriculum blends contemporary concepts & theories with policies & practices to enhance students' analytical, behavioral decision-making, problem resolving abilities. PMIR :- Graduation in any stream with 50% marks at +3 level & 5% marks relaxation for SC & ST students.
